Renting With Ferndown
First of all Ferndown Estates DO NOT charge application fees to tenants who are looking to rent a property. We were one of the very first agents in the UK who chose to scrap the charging of fees in order to reduce the burden for people looking to move and find a suitable home to rent.
Just to be clear, we do charge fees for replacement keys and for damage at properties which are the fault of the tenant however, we want to encourage more tenants to rent via our company. So, scrapping application fees became our thing!!
At Ferndown, we fully appreciate how finding the right property can seem difficult. We offer a wide range of properties for you to choose from, and our aim as a letting specialist is to ensure that we find you the right property, in the right area and at the right level of rent. We like to build relationships for all types of tenants and finding out as much as possible about your requirements is important to us.
Our streamlined application process can mean your chosen property is available for you in a short space of time.
In many cases both 6 and 12 months tenancy agreements are available and our properties available for a wide range of suitable tenants (subject to satisfactory references and in some cases a suitable guarantor) We also like to come and meet you at your own property to introduce our service and discuss your tenancy requirements
We welcome your enquiry to any of our properties. Please click on the link below which explains our process further!
Thank you for thinking of choosing Ferndown Estates for your ongoing tenancy!
